Internet 2004 would not respond to any commands then I went out and purchased Internet security 2005. It's not the same problem but never the less its a problem. I cant get the internet worm protection nor the utilities update. I tried to rectify it with this site, follow the step by step instructions but had no luck. If I can't have this matter fixed I have no other choice then to get some other product to protect my investment. No one like being partially protected.

Adware needs to be treated just like any of the known worms enough adware spys will damage your OS.Other than adware every thing else A++++++++

Unable to find out just what is meant by the request of furnishing the "title page of manual" in order to obtain a $20.00 upgrade rebate. {On antivirus product.)
Have tried to contact personnel by phone {using the toll fee # on rebate form, and they don't know. Was told to go to www.symantec.com --went to it and the site is usless.[ to rate it a single star is generous] Reviewer: john sefcik
